Sean D. Burdick is the founder of Burdick Patents, which has been in operation since 2009. Mr. Burdick brings over 15 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution to the practice. In 2015, Mr. Burdick began working in collaboration with Frank J. Dykas of Dykas Law, the oldest established intellectual property law firm in Idaho.

Originally from Idaho Falls and a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Engineering, Mr. Burdick worked as an engineer in the nuclear power field for 10 years before earning his law degree from the University of San Diego in 2003. A registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Patent Bar, Mr. Burdick now looks forward to continuing his work as a Patent Attorney from his beloved home state of Idaho.
